Cyclorise launches a B2B site for independent bicycle dealers – Business
Cyclorise has launched its first B2B website, intended to facilitate the purchase of its range by independent bicycle dealers.
While 2020 has seen a boom in the cycling industry, it has also proven to be a difficult year for distributors to stay in touch with their IBDs due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, Cyclorise said. The company decided to “remove as many barriers to buying as possible” and launching a clean and simple B2B site has “simplified the ordering process considerably”, she said.
“Our priority is to provide the best possible service to our dealer network,” said Thomas Dibley, director of Cyclorise. “Our customers can now view all of our new and existing product lines, along with accurate stock levels, product information and images.
“Since launching the site a few weeks ago, we have seen an increase in new reseller apps alongside strong adoption by existing resellers. Our B2B launch also coincided with the recruitment of our first sales rep who will hit the road as restrictions begin to ease.
